Forcount’s Antonia Hernandez sentenced to 30 months


Forcount Ponzi scammer Antonia Perez Hernandez has been sentenced to 30 months in jail.

Along with spending two and a half years in jail, Hernandez (proper) was additionally ordered to forfeit $231,709.

As a part of her January twenty eighth judgment, Hernandez will give up to the Bureau of Prisons by April twenty seventh to start her sentence.

Forcount was a crypto mining ruse MLM Ponzi scheme launched in late 2017. It was half of a bigger $800 million Ponzi empire, run by Francis Da Silva.

As a high promoter of Forcount, Hernandez was indicted on a number of felony expenses in December 2022.

Hernandez pled responsible to conspiracy to commit wire fraud in August 2024.
