Following a November 2024 Standing Convention, what’s left of Qyral has been ordered dissolved.
As per a January seventh, 2025 courtroom order;
The Events and the Receiver agreed to termination of the receiver’s duties except for the tried assortment of funds by the Receiver from two Qyral service suppliers and submitting his last accounting movement , dissolution of Qyral, dissolution of current momentary restraining orders, and continuance of the present movement for contempt filed by Sigari towards Banasik.
Proof of Qyral’s California LLC being dissolved is required to be filed by January thirty first. The Qyral Receivership will wind up by March 1st.
The beforehand granted Qyral TRO and preliminary injunctions are dissolved the date the order was filed.
The Events’ current motions for preliminary injunctions previous entry of the Superseding TRO1 are hereby taken off calendar, as they’re moot.
Neither of the Events shall be entitled to any injunctive aid premised upon current motions therefor.
The final remaining authorized difficulty to resolve is Hanieh Sigari’s contempt proceedings towards Darius Banasik.
On the November 22, 2024 standing convention, Sigari and Qyral agreed to proceed the trial on that utility, pending the Events’ settlement discussions and/or mediation in an ancillary marital dissolution case pending between Sigari and Banasik within the Superior Courtroom of California, County of Santa Clara.
