iComTech’s Marco Ochoa sentenced to five years in jail


iComTech promoter Marco Ruiz Ochoa has been sentenced to 5 years in jail.

As per Ochoa’s January nineteenth judgment, along with his jail sentence he’s up for $914,000 in forfeiture and “any and all property” linked to iComTech.

Additional restitution has been deferred until April third, 2024.

iComTech was an MLM Ponzi pitching each day returns of as much as 2.8%. The rip-off, primarily pitched to Spanish-speaking communities throughout the US and Latin America, collapsed in 2019.
