As per BCSC’s October seventh, 2024 Vortic United warning;
Vortic United claims to supply buying and selling companies for cryptocurrencies.
We’re conscious that Vortic United accepts British Columbia (BC) residents as shoppers.
Vortic United isn’t registered to commerce in, or advise on, securities or derivatives in BC.
We urge BC residents to train warning when coping with companies that aren’t registered to commerce or advise in BC.
Vortic United was an MLM crypto Ponzi that emerged in late 2022. The rip-off was fronted by founder and CEO “Jensen Robles”, performed by German nationwide Rene Schwarze.
Fronting the promotional facet of Vortic United was Canadian nationwide Jan Gregory Cerato.
Vortic United is believed to have been a collaboration between Schwarze, Cerato and a Russian crime syndicate working from Turkey.
Vortic United collapsed in August 2023, prompting Schwarze to enter hiding. Cerato, beforehand charged with securities fraud by Canadian authorities, returned to Dubai.
Cerato is at present in Malaysia and selling the BitHarvest Ponzi scheme.
BitHarvest and Cerato obtained a securities fraud warning from California’s Division of Monetary Safety and Innovation on August twentieth.
