At a June twelfth listening to held after Qyral secured an ex-parte Non permanent Restraining Order (TRO) towards Ellie MD, the events have agreed on new phrases.
The brand new phrases, a part of a but to be confirmed superseding TRO, permit Ellie MD to recommence enterprise operations and compete towards Qyral.
As per the brand new agreed on TRO phrases;
- Qyral consultants will likely be free to decide on between Qyral or Ellie MD;
- neither Qyral or Ellie MD are permitted to particularly solicit consultants of both firm;
- Qyral and Ellie MD will not be permitted to promote pharmaceutical merchandise manufactured from the identical pharmacy (I’m assuming present contracts take precedent right here).
Qyral’s and Ellie MD’s attorneys have been ordered to confer and file a joint proposed superseding TRO, which the court docket will then log out on.
