Arkbit has obtained a securities fraud stop and desist from the Arkansas Securities Division (ASD).
As per the ASD’s June 1st order, an investigation into Arkbit Capital LLC, BeefyBit Capital LLC and NanoX Make investments LLC has revealed the entities have
violated provisions of the Arkansas Securities Act.
In different phrases, Arkbit is committing securities fraud.
BehindMLM reviewed Arkbit in January 2023. It’s a reasonably bog-standard Boris CEO Ponzi, fronted by “Thomas Brewer”.
Brewer doesn’t exist and is performed by US actor Mike Wolfe.
Again in January Arkbit operated from a .COM area. ASD’s order notes in some unspecified time in the future Arkbit moved to a .IO area.
As on the time of publication, each domains are non-functional.
ASD claims that upon investigating Arkbit, they found to clone Ponzi schemes; BeefyBit and NanoX. BehindMLM has not reviewed both of those schemes.
Observe that neither BeefyBit’s or NanoX’s respective web sites can be found both.
Having decided Arkbit, BeefyBit and NanoX are all committing securities fraud, ASD has ordered them to “instantly stop and desist … from perpetrating securities fraud”.
If you happen to’re questioning why BehindMLM is overlaying an order issued nearly six months in the past, it’s as a result of we solely learnt of it earlier at present.
ASD cited the Arkbit order in a November twenty second stop and desist order focusing on GSPartners.
Coincidentally, on October 18, 2023, whereas viewing a GSPartners Fb web page throughout the pendency of this investigation, Employees found an Arkbit promotion submit created by GS Companions.
Employees has not discovered a connection between the (GSPartners) Respondents and Arkbit, apart from GS Companions’ direct promotion of this fraudulent enterprise on FaceBook.
Employees is [sic] extremely involved that Arkbit (is) linked to the (GSPartners) Respondents and that the Respondents try to proceed to perpetuate fraud by Arkbit or help Arbit in perpetuating fraud on Arkansas buyers.
I consider the cited promotion was from a submit made to a public GSPartners FaceBook web page. There doesn’t seem like any direct hyperlink between the 2 Ponzi schemes.
