CFTC’s iComTech case stayed pending legal case final result


On September seventh the DOJ moved to remain proceedings within the CFTC’s civil iComTech case.

The request was granted on September eighth.

As per Choose Klausner’s order, the CFTC’s iComTech case is stayed for 90 days. The events are required to offer a Standing Report seven days previous to the 90 deadline.

Pending conclusion of the iComTech legal proceedings, it’s anticipated the CFTC keep will proceed to be prolonged.

iComTech was an MLM cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme launched in 2018.

The DOJ filed legal fees towards iComTech defendants David Carmona, Marco Ruiz Ochoa, Moses Valdez, Juan Arellano, David Brend and Gustavo Rodriguez final November.

A legal trial has been scheduled for February twelfth, 2024.
